What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. However, we are happy to accommodate international orders upon request!

Please note:

  • Additional shipping charges will apply for international orders.
  • We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery.

If you live outside Canada or the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out to us directly — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

How long does shipping take?

We lovingly handcraft each product in small batches to ensure the highest quality — please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 3–8 business days
  • 5–10 business days
  • Varies by country — please email us for a personalized estimate.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We appreciate your patience and support of slow, intentional skincare 💛

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website (Canada Post or USPS).

If you haven’t received your tracking email within a few days of placing your order, check your spam folder — or feel free to reach out to us at hersaceredroots@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help!

How can I return my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We’re a small batch, handcrafted skincare brand, and every item is made with love, intention, and the highest quality ingredients. If there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always here to make it right 💛

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As a reminder, beef tallow is a natural product. Due to temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage, the texture and scent may vary slightly — this is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of your product. 🌿
