Her Sacred Roots is operated in Ontario, Canada, and offers shipping throughout Canada, the United States, and select international countries. If you reside outside these regions, you may reach out to inquire about custom shipping arrangements.

3. Product Use and Disclaimer

Our products are handmade in small batches using natural and organic ingredients. Please note:

  • Due to the nature of our ingredients (e.g., tallow, coconut oil), texture, color, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch and may shift with temperature fluctuations. This is completely normal and a sign of our commitment to zero synthetic additives or stabilizers.

  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before use.

  • Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and update or cancel your order as needed.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept secure payments through major credit cards and Shopify Payments. Your card will be charged in your selected currency, and any applicable taxes or duties will be calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S., and select international locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase total.

  • Once shipped, Her Sacred Roots is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking updates.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [hello@hersacredroots.com] with clear photos and order information so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

8. Intellectual Property
