Thank you for supporting Her Sacred Roots — where skincare is sacred, natural, and made with love. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using only 100% natural, preservative-free ingredients, we have a strict yet thoughtful return policy in place to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

🌿 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — made with organic ingredients, oils, and animal-based fats like grass-fed tallow — we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is to ensure the highest hygiene standards and to protect the purity of each batch.

🧴 Natural Variations Are Normal

Our products are free from stabilizers, fillers, or synthetic preservatives. That means:

  • Texture, color, and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch.

  • Tallow and coconut oil may harden or soften depending on the weather or how they are stored.

  • These changes do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product and are not considered defects.

We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain consistency.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help!

Please email us at hersacredroots@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

✈️ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking details provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

For added protection, we recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout when available.
