At Her Sacred Roots, each product is handmade with intention, care, and the purest ingredients — and we do our best to ensure your order reaches you in the same beautiful condition it left us in.

📦 Processing Time

Because we craft our products in small batches, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your item ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.

During high-volume seasons or product restocks, there may be minor delays — thank you for your patience and support of slow, intentional skincare.

🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post or UPS.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking is included with most orders.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

Yes, we ship to the United States!

  • U.S. orders are shipped via Canada Post, USPS, or other reliable carriers.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking information is provided once shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to reach out to us — we may be able to accommodate your request.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • International packages may take 2–4 weeks or longer to arrive depending on local customs processes.

📫 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method.

🧊 Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our products contain tallow and coconut oil, which are naturally temperature-sensitive.

  • In warmer climates, items may soften or melt slightly during transit. This does not affect the product's quality — simply place the jar in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to reset the texture.

  • In colder conditions, products may firm up. Warm them gently between your hands or leave them at room temperature.

We do not offer refunds for temperature-related consistency changes, as they are a natural part of our preservative-free formulation.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. For lost or stolen items, contact the carrier with your tracking number for support.
